She oversees strategy, intellectual property, product and franchise performance, and enterprise launches. Dani Jo’s career highlights include managing more than $1.2 billion in defense contracts, leading joint military support across Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, and Turkey, and steering major turnarounds and program rescues in industry. She has led critical work on Columbia-class submarine initiatives and medium voltage medium frequency programs, and she built a reputation for delivering results on time and on budget under acute pressure.

 

Her leadership style blends operational discipline with human-centered coaching. She is a certified executive coach and a practitioner of Soft Power for Hard Systems™, an approach that combines tactical rigor with emotional intelligence to create resilient organizations. A proud veteran, Dani Jo completed some of the Navy’s most demanding professional schools and holds a Master of Science in Acquisition and Supply Chain Management. Her certifications and executive education include the Harvard Business Analytics Program, Project Management Professional, Joint Professional Military Education, and advanced training in emergency management and contracting.

 

Community matters to Dani Jo. She coaches youth sports because she believes sport is a laboratory for leadership, and she serves as a youth activities director and mentor in her hometown.
